Freaking Fertile Flynn's at the Quill [OPEN]
Sat at an empty table, 8tracks open and headphones plugged in, she sat tapping away on her state of the art laptop as she mindlessly tested the strengths of the Cabot and Harpy estates. Something she'd been poking at for a while since Corrine had first asked her to check up on Will, she hadn't exactly told her to keep poking around but she was curious and their firewalls were practically inviting her to look around. And it kept her mind off things: things with Kim, things with Ed, her mom, Gabby living with her dad and Corrine's mom. Besides it wasn't like she was really doing anything wrong.
"Scrambled eggs, salmon and-" A voice began making Abby's nostrils flare. That stench. Swallowing down the nausea, she ripped her headphones off and ran towards the bathroom before she began to puke her guts out. She'd been like this for a few days, it wasn't nothing serious just puking mostly in the morn... ings.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck." Abby muttered, pulling her phone out of her pocket and trying to figure out when the hell her last period was. Because this was stupid and she wasn't that stupid. And she was late. Like not even a little bit late, like a lot late. She'd just- assumed with her mom, the stress of losing her and the grief. Except now she was puking and Flynn's were fertile fuckers. And Ed was... fucking her like a lot. "Fuck. Fuck!"
Tapping in her phone, she sent out an S.O.S text out. She could not be this stupid, she could not be.
"I'm going to kill him. FUCK!" Abby yelled from the bathroom, kicking the bathroom stall door.
ooc: either get a text from abby or here her swearing/puking in the bathroom at the Quill.

"You don't have to agree with me quite so quickly," Abigail joked, letting Corrine help her up to her feet. She wanted to mention she'd been keeping a tab on the transactions between the Cabot's and the Harpy's but her mind was swamped with baby that she clear forgot.
Rinsing her mouth out, she splashed water over her face and let Corry lead the worst.
"I don't want a kid, I though- Gabby... I'd take care of her if I had to. If our- but a kid? Mine, I'm not ready for that." Abigail said, feeling far too freaked out and worried about it. If she was pregnant she didn't know what she would do about it. Or fuck what their dad might do to Ed about it. "That wouldn't look weird at all. We- we're safe, I mean most of the time. Nearly all of the time."

The one piece of dirt the tabloids never managed to find on her. And at least Abigail isn't currently sleeping with all four of her housemates.
"But don't you ever give me 'most of the time' crap. You've seen how many kids your father has spawned, right? Let that be a lesson. Now..." The front strands of Abigail's hair are wet from the splash of water and Corrine uses her other hand to brush one back behind Abby's ear. "Are you ready to get out of here?"

"I know, it's just-" Abigail began. She didn't know what she wanted, she knew she didn't want a kid but what if Ed did? She was so fucked, she hadn't wanted this. It was just supposed to be fun, a distraction, something to make her not think about anything. "-I don't know. I mean, thanks. I just don't know what to do."
Abigail pressed her lips together, glancing at Corry in a slightly guilty way. She thought they'd been safe, always, but she couldn't say that for definite. There might have been times when they were too much in a rush or when she just hadn't cared in that one moment.
"I- I should've been more careful. We should've," Abigail muttered, the touch to her hair making her turn her head and look at Corry curious. It was almost the same way her mom kept brushing Gabby's hair. "Yeah, I think so. I think I'm ready. I feel like I'm going off to be shot or something."

"You don't need to know. Not now. One step at a time."
They cross a small intersection and the brown sign and gold awning looms in front of them.
"You should have been more careful. Fortunately for you there are pills and rings and all sorts of things so in the future, you have no excuse. And we all make mistakes, have you seen the utter hole of despair I left my marriage in?"
When they reach the door, Corrine holds it open for her, giving her another smile of reassurance. "After you."

"I- yeah, I mean but that happens right? With marriages. Oh, I- I've been poking around the Cabot's systems, I was going to tell you." Abigail muttered, wiping her face. Her eyes were red and puffy, her cheeks blotchy, and her complexion pale and washed out. She looked the exact opposite of Corry, she looked more like their dad. "And you didn't... I have a boyfriend, did you know? He's wonderful and supportive. And I've been fucking Ed."
She was the worst. The absolute worst person in the world.
Entering the store, Abby looked around guiltily before heading towards the pregnancy kit aisle. She- what if someone caught her buying them? What if Kim found out?

Corrine is an expert at hiding purchases. And booze is a lot bigger than a pregnancy test. Sensing Abby's hesitancy, she picks up a large bag of chocolate in a nearby aisle, then covertly slides the boxed pregnancy test from shelf to beneath the bag.
"Oh? Anything interesting? Like Will selling his heart? You were right worrying about that sea bitch." She hands Abby the candy with the obscured box beneath and points to a teenage attendant at one of the counter. "And go to that guy. He's completely stoned, he won't even notice."

"I think disaster and destruction is my forte. I don't know what to do. I really- I really like Kim but I don't know, I just keep with you know." Abigail muttered. Ed was always there, just not the same way Kim was and she liked them both. And she was that girl. She liked a guy who seemingly thought the world of her, and she liked the guy that she was pretty much just a booty call for. She had the worst taste, the worst. "They were talking about property. Damaged property. And acquisitions in Siren Cove. They never said anything about hearts, I don't think. I can look again, run a deep program."
Abigail took the kit and chocolate, breathing out as she tried to look as confident as Corry. It mostly just came off as nervy and worried. She wasn't a great actress. But the guy really was too out of it to notice or care and soon she had a paper bag full of candy and pregnancy tests. And soon she was taking Corry's hand and tugging her out of the shop.

So instead she holds Abby's hand with gentle firmness and leads her away from the store and back down the street, chiming in only when she mentions the business with Will. "Acquisitions? Who was talking about that, the Cabots or Harpys?"
Once there is a few blocks of clearance between them and the store, Corrine stops and turns to Abby with a soft reassuring smile. "Do you want to take that back at my place? You can have the guest house to yourself if you want. It might be a bit more private."
